Oversee the development and implementation of AFS and ACBS solutions for clients.
Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of developers.
Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial technology.
Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects within budget.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AFS and ACBS solutions.
Continuously improve and optimize existing systems to enhance performance and user experience.
Train and onboard new team members on AFS and ACBS technologies.
Participate in design and architecture discussions.
Collaborate with other technical leads and architects to drive technical excellence and innovation.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to clients on technical aspects of AFS and ACBS solutions.
