Cognizant is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer B2 to join our team! We are looking for an individual who has experience leading software engineering projects and can demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills.You should have an in-depth understanding of software development and the ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot complex software systems. You should also be an excellent team player and have the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in software engineering. You should have experience with object-oriented programming and a thorough understanding of software development life cycle. You should also have concrete experience with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Previous experience building and deploying applications on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) is a plus.If you are an innovative problem solver who is passionate about creating high-quality software systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Lead software engineering projects from concept to completion.
Analyze user requirements, design software solutions, and develop software applications.
Develop and implement software solutions to improve system performance.
Troubleshoot and debug software applications.
Manage software development life cycle processes.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain and update software applications.
Develop web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Develop and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
Monitor and optimize system performance.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Stay up to date with the latest software technologies and trends.
