- Design and implement innovative and cutting-edge learning management systems to support the organization's training and development needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and develop customized solutions for learning and development initiatives.
- Lead the development of LMS architecture, workflows, and processes to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and technologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning management systems to continuously improve the organization's learning strategy.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on LMS-related matters.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, system design documents, and user guides.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the LMS to meet the organization's needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the LMS.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement new features and enhancements to the LMS.
- Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new learning technologies to enhance the organization's learning strategy.
- Conduct training and workshops for end-users on the effective use of the LMS.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the organization's learning strategy through the use of technology and data.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to gather requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback.
- Act as a subject matter expert on learning management systems and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
Extensive Experience With Learning Management Systems: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience Working With Different Learning Management Systems, Such As Blackboard, Moodle, Or Canvas. They Should Be Well-Versed In The Latest Trends And Technologies In The Lms Space.
Strong Technical Background: The Sr Lms Architect Should Possess A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Coding Languages Such As Html, Css, And Javascript. They Should Also Have Experience With Database Management And System Integration.
Project Management Skills: This Role Will Involve Working On Multiple Projects Simultaneously, So The Candidate Should Have Strong Project Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Manage Timelines, Resources, And Deliverables Effectively.
Knowledge Of E-Learning Standards: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of E-Learning Standards, Such As Scorm, Aicc, And Xapi. They Should Also Have Experience In Creating And Deploying E-Learning Content.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: The Sr Lms Architect Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Lms Developers And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Such As Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts, And Clients. Therefore, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For This Role.
