Design and implement complex integration solutions for clients across various industries.
Collaborate with project teams to understand business requirements and provide technical expertise in designing integration solutions.
Develop and maintain integration architecture standards and best practices.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the most effective integration approach for each project.
Lead the integration design and development process, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet performance requirements.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to integration solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in integration technologies.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, and provide updates on project progress.
Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between various systems and applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards in all integration solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demos and client presentations.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In System Integration: The Sr. Integration Architect Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Integration Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques. They Should Have Hands-On Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Integration Solutions Across Multiple Platforms And Technologies.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Principles And Frameworks Such As Togaf. They Should Be Able To Align Integration Strategies With The Overall Business And It Objectives Of The Organization.
Proficiency In Multiple Integration Technologies: The Candidate Should Possess A Diverse Skillset And Be Proficient In Various Integration Technologies Such As Esb, Api Management, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, And Cloud-Based Integration Platforms.
Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Key Role In Bridging The Gap Between Business And It, The Sr. Integration Architect Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Client Relationships And Handling Project Delivery Teams.
Leadership And Strategic Thinking Abilities: The Sr. Integration Architect Should Have The Ability To Think Strategically And Provide Thought Leadership In Designing And Implementing Enterprise-Wide Integration Solutions. They Should Have Experience In Leading And Mentoring Team Members And Driving Innovation In Integration Processes.
