- Design, develop, and implement advanced HMI/Scada solutions using Ignition software
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HMI/Scada systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Ignition software
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal standards and best practices for HMI/Scada development
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code
- Work remotely and independently, managing time effectively to meet project deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall functionality of HMI/Scada systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HMI/Scada solutions with other systems and technologies.
Extensive Experience With Ignition Hmi/Scada Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Ignition Software For Hmi/Scada Development. They Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of The Software's Features And Functionality, As Well As A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Projects Using Ignition.
Proficiency In Programming Languages: A Sr. Ignition Developer Should Be Well-Versed In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And Html5/Css. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Object-Oriented Programming And Be Able To Write Efficient, Reusable Code For Hmi/Scada Applications.
Remote Project Management Experience: As This Is A Remote Position, The Candidate Should Have Experience Managing Projects And Working Independently With Minimal Supervision. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Clients In A Virtual Environment.
