Sr. Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field• 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a Business Analyst• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Ability to work collaboratively and independently • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes and operations to identify areas of improvement • Define project scope, goals and deliverables • Lead data gathering and analysis, and create detailed business reports • Develop and implement business strategies and plans • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed • Liaise with stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Prepare documentation of business processes and strategies • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices • Create and present progress updates to senior management
