Job Description

Cognizant is looking for a Senior Associate – Projects to join our fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative team. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for problem solving and a strong desire to make an impact.The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with an eye for detail and a desire to take on challenging projects in order to drive business value. This individual will be expected to provide an in-depth understanding of project management techniques, processes, and tools in order to drive successful project initiatives.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects in a timely manner. In addition, the candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and knowledge of Agile project management techniques.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute project plans in accordance with project objectives and timelines.
Monitor project progress and deliverables, and ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize Agile project management techniques to manage project tasks and resources.
Identify and analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Provide project status updates to stakeholders and management.
Develop and maintain project documentation and materials.
Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure projects are on track.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
