Knowledge And Expertise In Application Development Methodologies: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Application Development Methodologies Such As Agile, Waterfall, And Devops. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing These Methodologies In Complex Projects.
Technical Proficiency In Multiple Programming Languages: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Multiple Programming Languages Such As Java, .Net, Python, And Javascript. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Coding Best Practices And Be Able To Provide Technical Leadership To The Development Team.
Experience In Solutioning And Architecture Design: The Candidate Must Have Experience In Designing And Implementing End-To-End Solutions For Complex Business Problems. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Solution Architecture Principles And Be Able To Create Innovative And Scalable Solutions.
Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Client Relationships And Be Able To Handle Difficult Conversations With Stakeholders.
Project Management And Leadership Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading Teams And Managing Projects In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
