  1. Design and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform to meet clients' specific business needs.
  2. Lead and manage all aspects of ServiceNow implementations, from gathering requirements to post-implementation support.
  3. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ServiceNow.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients on best practices for utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
  5. Develop and maintain project documentation, including solution design, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in the ServiceNow platform, and make recommendations for incorporating new features and functionalities into projects.
  7. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
  10. Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for ServiceNow implementations.
  11. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines or quality.
  12. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  14. Adhere to Cognizant's quality standards and processes, and continuously look for ways to improve and optimize service delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Servicenow Platform, Including Design, Development, And Implementation.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Service Management (Itsm) Processes And Best Practices.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale Servicenow Projects.

  • Certification As A Servicenow Certified Implementation Specialist Or Certified Application Developer Is Preferred.
