- Design and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform to meet clients' specific business needs.
- Lead and manage all aspects of ServiceNow implementations, from gathering requirements to post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ServiceNow.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and clients on best practices for utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including solution design, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in the ServiceNow platform, and make recommendations for incorporating new features and functionalities into projects.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Mentor and coach junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for ServiceNow implementations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Adhere to Cognizant's quality standards and processes, and continuously look for ways to improve and optimize service delivery.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Servicenow Platform, Including Design, Development, And Implementation.
Strong Understanding Of It Service Management (Itsm) Processes And Best Practices.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Large-Scale Servicenow Projects.
Certification As A Servicenow Certified Implementation Specialist Or Certified Application Developer Is Preferred.
