  1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for ServiceNow projects.
  2. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any quality issues in a timely manner.
  4. Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and other testing documentation.
  5. Utilize industry best practices and tools to continuously improve the quality assurance process.
  6. Train and mentor junior quality assurance analysts on testing methodologies and processes.
  7. Communicate effectively with project managers, developers, and clients to provide updates on testing progress and any issues that arise.
  8. Participate in design and code reviews to identify potential quality issues early in the development cycle.
  9. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates and changes and incorporate them into the testing process.
  10. Identify areas for improvement in the ServiceNow platform and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  11. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow quality assurance, providing guidance and support to team members.
  13. Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines and ensure quality assurance tasks are completed within the designated time frame.
  14. Monitor and report on key quality metrics to track and improve overall quality performance.
  15. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in quality assurance and incorporate them into the testing process.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Servicenow: A Senior Quality Assurance Analyst At Cognizant Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform, Including Its Various Modules And Functionalities. They Should Be Able To Navigate The Platform With Ease And Have A Strong Understanding Of Its Capabilities.

  • Strong Software Testing And Quality Assurance Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Software Testing And Quality Assurance, With A Focus On Web-Based Applications. They Should Have Experience In Creating And Executing Test Plans, Identifying And Documenting Bugs, And Ensuring Overall Product Quality.

  • Experience With Automation Tools: Cognizant Looks For Candidates Who Have Experience In Using Automation Tools Such As Selenium, Uft, And Appium. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Should Be Able To Design And Execute Automated Tests To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Manual Effort.

  • Knowledge Of Agile Methodology: Cognizant Follows An Agile Development Methodology, So The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Should Be Well-Versed In This Approach. They Should Have Experience In Working In Agile Teams, Participating In Daily Stand-Up Meetings, And Being Able To Adapt To Changing Requirements.
