As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions for our clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and has a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities.   1. Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions for clients in alignment with business needs and objectives.
  2. Utilize deep understanding of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow ITOM and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the field.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and efficient solutions.
  6. Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
  7. Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
  8. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  9. Participate in business development activities, including client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  10. Keep track of project progress and report updates to project managers and leadership.
  11. Collaborate with other Solution Architects to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  12. Adhere to company standards, processes, and methodologies while delivering high-quality solutions.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow ITOM to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across departments.
  15. Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Servicenow Itom Modules: The Ideal Candidate Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Servicenow Itom Modules Such As Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, And Cloud Management.

  • Strong Technical Background: As A Servicenow Itom Solution Architect, The Candidate Must Possess A Strong Technical Background In It Operations And Service Management. This Includes A Good Understanding Of Itil Processes And Itsm Best Practices.

  • Servicenow Certifications: Cognizant Values Candidates Who Have Obtained Relevant Servicenow Certifications, Especially In The Itom Area. These Certifications Demonstrate A Deep Understanding Of The Platform And The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Itom Solutions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementations: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Servicenow Itom Solutions In Large-Scale, Enterprise Environments. This Includes Experience In Gathering Requirements, Designing Solutions, And Leading Implementation Teams.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Servicenow Itom Solution Architect, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Clients And Lead Teams Of Developers And Consultants. Therefore, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts And Drive Successful Outcomes.
