Conduct software asset management assessments for clients to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement software asset management strategies and processes using the Service Now platform.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions to effectively manage their software assets.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Service Now to configure and customize the platform for optimal software asset management.
Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use Service Now for software asset management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software asset management to continuously improve our services.
Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting any issues and identifying opportunities for further optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate software asset management processes with other systems and processes.
Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction.
Take ownership of project deliverables and timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Act as a subject matter expert on Service Now software asset management capabilities and provide guidance to junior team members.
Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of software asset management.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
3+ Years Of Experience Working With Service Now's Software Asset Management (Sam) Module.
Proven Experience In Implementing Sam Solutions For Large Enterprise Clients.
Strong Understanding Of Software License Management And Compliance.
Relevant Certifications In Service Now Sam, Such As Certified Implementation Specialist Or Certified Application Developer.
