  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the telecommunications industry.
  2. Understand and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.
  3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the telecom industry.
  4. Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  6. Utilize a consultative approach to understand client pain points and offer solutions that align with their business objectives.
  7. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and strategies.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Cognizant and promote our services at industry events and conferences.
  12. Provide regular updates and insights on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to the sales leadership team.
  13. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  14. Maintain a deep understanding of OSS (Operations Support Systems) in the telecom space and communicate its value proposition effectively to clients.
  15. Support the overall growth and success of the Service Line Sales team and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
