
Service Delivery Manager
Cognizant is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Manager to join our growing team. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the agreed quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in service delivery management, and excellent project management and communication skills.The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the service delivery process and the ability to motivate and manage teams. It is essential that the Service Delivery Manager has excellent customer service skills, as they will be working closely with customers and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in service delivery management and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification. Knowledge of different software tools and processes related to service delivery is also essential. The Service Delivery Manager must also have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, be able to work under pressure and be comfortable dealing with tight deadlines.If you are an experienced Service Delivery Manager and you feel you have what it takes to be successful in this role, then we want to hear from you!
