Design and implement complex systems for DMS/ADMS/SCADA projects.
Utilize expertise in power engineering to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Collaborate with a talented team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in power engineering.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure the most efficient and effective solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide top-quality service.
Take on a critical role in projects and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Communicate project progress and potential issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Ensure all systems meet regulatory and safety standards.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the team.
Participate in meetings and presentations to showcase project progress and results.
Act as a liaison between clients and other team members to ensure project success.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during project implementation.
Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in power engineering.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Power Systems And Control.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Dms/Adms/Scada Systems In The Power Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Power System Operations, Including Distribution Network Management, Load Forecasting, And Outage Management.
Proficiency In Programming Languages And Software Tools Commonly Used In Dms/Adms/Scada Systems, Such As Python, Java, And Osisoft Pi.
Experience In Project Management And Leading A Team Of Engineers To Successfully Implement Dms/Adms/Scada Solutions For Clients.
