- Design and document technical solutions, including workflows, integrations, and customizations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and incorporate them into project designs.

Extensive Experience With Servicenow: A Senior Solution Architect At Cognizant Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow, Including Design, Implementation, And Integration.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Complex Servicenow Projects On Time And Within Budget, With A Focus On Remote Delivery.
Strong Technical Skills: A Senior Solution Architect Should Have In-Depth Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform Capabilities, Including Configuration, Customization, And Administration. Proficiency In Scripting Languages Such As Javascript And Angularjs Is Also Required.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Clients And Other Teams Within Cognizant, So Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Are Essential. The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders Is Also Important.
Leadership And Mentoring Abilities: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Mentor And Guide Junior Team Members. Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Is Preferred.
