They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Customizing Servicenow Solutions For Clients.
Strong Technical Skills: As A Senior Role, The Solution Architect Must Have A Strong Technical Background With Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Javascript, Html, Css, And Experience With Web Services And Api Integrations. They Should Also Have Experience With Itil Processes And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: The Senior Solution Architect Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Developers And Collaborating With Clients To Understand Their Business Needs And Provide Effective Solutions. Therefore, Strong Communication, Presentation, And Leadership Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Servicenow Certifications: Cognizant Places A High Value On Servicenow Certifications, And A Senior Solution Architect Is Expected To Have Multiple Certifications, Including Certified Implementation Specialist And Certified System Administrator. These Certifications Demonstrate A Deep Understanding Of The Platform And Its Capabilities.
Project Management Experience: A Senior Solution Architect Must Have Experience Managing Complex It Projects, From Design To Implementation.
