Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, procedures, and methodologies for software projects.
Conduct thorough testing of software products to identify and report defects and track them to resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
Lead and mentor junior quality engineers in best practices and quality assurance techniques.
Analyze and document test results, identify quality issues, and suggest solutions to improve overall product quality.
Continuously monitor and improve the quality of software products through automation, process improvement, and innovation.
Communicate effectively with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on quality status and escalate issues as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in quality assurance methodologies.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and other testing-related documentation.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Collaborate with clients to understand their quality requirements and ensure that they are met.
Act as a subject matter expert in quality assurance and provide guidance and support to the team as needed.

Job Qualifications

Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Quality Engineer Or Sdet.
Strong Knowledge Of Software Testing Methodologies And Tools.
Experience With Automation Testing Frameworks Such As Selenium Or Appium.
