  1. Provide technical expertise and support to clients using Salesforce.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend solutions using Salesforce.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and enhancements to provide the best support possible.
  6. Train and mentor junior support analysts on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  7. Create and maintain detailed documentation of support processes and procedures.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful implementation and support of Salesforce.
  9. Continuously identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall support process.
  10. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support to clients.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients to provide timely updates and resolutions to their issues.
  12. Keep track of support metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  13. Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  14. Continuously develop and enhance your own skills and knowledge in Salesforce and related technologies.
  15. Represent Cognizant in a professional and positive manner at all times.
