Develop and implement PEGA Robotics solutions to automate business processes for our clients.
Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and test automation solutions using PEGA Robotics.
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise in developing solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PEGA Robotics implementation.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in PEGA Robotics and automation technology.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
Document and maintain technical specifications and user guides for PEGA Robotics solutions.
Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to provide regular updates on project progress.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas for innovation in PEGA Robotics implementation.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed upon deadlines.
Keep track of project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Collaborate with other departments and business units to identify potential opportunities for PEGA Robotics implementation.
Continuously enhance technical skills and expertise in PEGA Robotics and related technologies.
Follow company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues and clients.

Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Skills: A Senior Rpa Developer Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Pega Robotics And Other Relevant Technologies. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing Automation Solutions Using Pega Robotics.
Experience With Advanced Automation Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Advanced Automation Techniques Such As Machine Learning, Ai, And Natural Language Processing.
