Design, develop, and implement PEGA Robotics solutions for clients.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of RPA and PEGA Robotics.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the development and implementation process.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of PEGA Robotics solutions.
Mentor and train team members on PEGA Robotics best practices and coding standards.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PEGA Robotics solutions to ensure optimal performance.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide project updates and address any concerns.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints.
Continuously learn and enhance skills to stay updated with the latest PEGA Robotics developments and best practices.
Collaborate with other senior developers to share knowledge and best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation of all PEGA Robotics solutions and project details.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Pega Robotics Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Pega Robotics Software, And Should Be Proficient In Its Various Components Such As Robotics Studio, Runtime, And Pega Workforce Intelligence.
Strong Programming Skills: A Senior Rpa Developer Should Have Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As C#, .Net, And Java, As Well As Experience With Scripting Languages Like Powershell And Vbscript.
Knowledge Of Rpa Best Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Rpa Best Practices And Methodologies, And Should Be Able To Design And Implement Efficient And Scalable Rpa Solutions.
