Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Leadership Role.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Business Administration.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale, Complex Programs With Multi-Disciplinary Teams And Stakeholders.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile, Waterfall, And Lean Six Sigma.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Team Members, And Executives.
