Senior Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical expertise and leadership in the areas of production support, problem resolution, and process automation.
2. Monitor and maintain production systems.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
4. Create and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
5. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
6. Implement system changes and upgrades.
7. Develop and maintain system documentation.
8. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
10. Provide technical support to end-users.
11. Assist in training end-users on system usage.
12. Manage and update the system disaster recovery plan.
13. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
14. Provide on-call support as needed.
