Job Description

Cognizant is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Process Executive-Voice to join our team. As a Senior Process Executive-Voice, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, and troubleshooting customer issues. You will be required to provide exceptional customer experience and problem-solving skills.We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about customer service and satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and have at least 3 years of customer service experience in the BPO industry. In addition, we require a candidate who is highly organized and can multitask, and has the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and manage customer inquiries.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide exceptional customer experience and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service and satisfaction.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Have at least 3 years of customer service experience in the BPO industry.
Be highly organized and able to multitask.
Work independently and as part of a team.
