
Senior Process Executive-Voice
We are looking for a highly-motivated and experienced Senior Process Executive-Voice to join our team at Cognizant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing processes related to customer service, client relations, and order fulfillment. You should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. We are seeking an individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or process-oriented role. They must also have a strong understanding of process optimization and automation. Previous experience in process mapping and process design is a plus.We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and who can stay organized and focused in a fast-paced work environment. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude and be able to think outside of the box to find creative solutions to customer service issues. Responsibilities:
