Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for the Facets software, ensuring coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
Conduct thorough and rigorous testing of all features and functionalities of the Facets software, including manual and automated testing methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify potential areas of risk.
Identify, track, and report defects and issues, and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
Utilize various testing tools and techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Facets testing, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders and management on the progress of testing activities.
Mentor and train junior team members on Facets testing processes and best practices.
Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to gather and clarify testing requirements.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all testing deliverables according to project timelines and quality standards.

Job Qualifications

At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, With A Focus On The Facets Platform.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Operations And Business Processes.
Strong Understanding Of Facets Configuration, Customization, And Integration With Other Systems.
Proven Experience In Designing And Executing Complex Test Scenarios And Scripts.
Familiarity With Industry Standard Testing Methodologies And Tools, Such As Hp Alm And Selenium.
