Develop and implement a comprehensive consulting strategy for the Health Sciences industry, in alignment with Cognizant's overall business goals and objectives.
Drive business growth and revenue generation by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and leveraging industry expertise.
Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of industry trends and developments to continuously improve and evolve the consulting practice.
Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of consulting engagements and client satisfaction.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations.
Oversee project management and ensure timely delivery of high-quality consulting services to clients.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement and development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Act as a brand ambassador for Cognizant by actively participating in industry events and conferences, and showcasing the company's thought leadership in the health sciences consulting space.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In The Healthcare Industry, With A Focus On Consulting And Project Management.
Advanced Degree In A Related Field Such As Health Administration, Public Health, Or Business Administration.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Healthcare Consulting Projects.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Current Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members.
