At Cognizant, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Consulting Manager- Project Manager to join our Investment Operations team. As a leader in the consulting industry, we are looking for someone who is driven, passionate and has a strong background in project management within the investment operations space. This role requires a deep understanding of investment operations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Lead and manage all aspects of projects within the investment operations space, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client expectations and company goals.
Utilize strong knowledge and understanding of investment operations to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
Effectively communicate project updates, progress, and potential risks to both internal and external stakeholders.
Hire, train, and manage a team of project consultants to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of project deliverables.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into project strategies and methodologies.
Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry events and conferences.
Uphold the company's values and work towards achieving its mission and vision.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Projects Within The Investment Operations Domain.
Strong Knowledge Of Investment Operations: As A Senior Consulting Manager- Project Manager, Investment Operations At Cognizant, The Candidate Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Investment Operations Processes, Systems, And Regulations. This Includes Areas Such As Trade Settlement, Corporate Actions, Reconciliations, And Performance Reporting.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead And Manage A Team Of Consultants And Analysts. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members To Achieve Project Goals And Deliver High-Quality Results.
Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: As A Senior Consulting Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Clients And Stakeholders At Various Levels. Therefore, Strong Communication And Client Management Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Identify And Address Project Issues And Risks. They Should Also Be Able To Provide Strategic Solutions And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Drive Project Success.
