  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify areas for improvement through the use of the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  3. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  4. Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with clients to gather requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  5. Utilize deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to design and configure solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to ServiceNow and business process optimization.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to junior consultants and team members.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
  9. Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use the ServiceNow platform and its features.
  10. Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve business processes and maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform for clients.
  12. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction.
  13. Represent Cognizant and the ServiceNow practice in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Servicenow Experience: The Senior Business Process Consultant Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Capabilities. They Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow, Including Implementation, Customization, And Integration.

  • Strong Business Process Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Business Processes, Including Itsm, Hr, Finance, And Customer Service. They Should Also Have Experience In Process Mapping, Process Improvement, And Process Automation.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Must Demonstrate Strong Project Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Lead A Team, Manage Timelines, And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Role Of A Senior Business Process Consultant Involves Working Closely With Clients, Understanding Their Requirements, And Communicating Solutions Effectively. Therefore, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills.

  • Servicenow Certifications: Cognizant Values Individuals Who Constantly Update Their Skills And Knowledge. The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least One Servicenow Certification, Such As Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Or Certified Application Developer. Additional Certifications In Itil, Agile, Or Project Management Would Be A Plus.
