Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and develop appropriate solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
2. Develop business process and data flow diagrams to document and communicate business requirements.
3. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify and resolve complex business issues.
4. Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and the team to ensure the successful completion of projects.
5. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
6. Create reports and dashboards to track progress of projects and showcase results.
7. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
8. Monitor and review project performance to ensure successful outcomes.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and other team members.
10. Follow industry best practices for business analysis.
