Lead and support strategic initiatives for clients, driving business growth and success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify business opportunities and provide insights to clients.
Develop and present recommendations and solutions to clients based on research and analysis.
Monitor and track key performance indicators, providing regular updates and identifying areas for improvement.
Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve client processes and drive cost savings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices, providing thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and support proposal development.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and project objectives.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
Act as a brand ambassador for Cognizant, promoting our values and culture to clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Strategy Development: A Senior Analyst Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Developing Strategic Plans And Initiatives For Large Organizations. This Includes Creating Long-Term Strategies, Conducting Market Analysis, And Identifying Growth Opportunities.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Advanced Analytical Skills, Including Data Analysis, Financial Modeling, And Problem-Solving. They Should Have The Ability To Synthesize Complex Data Into Actionable Insights And Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: A Senior Analyst Must Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels. They Should Also Be Able To Create Compelling Presentations To Support Their Findings And Recommendations.
Project Management Experience: As A Senior Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Organizing, And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Meet Project Goals And Deadlines.
Subject Matter Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry And Market Trends, As Well As Experience In Developing Strategies And Operational Plans For Various Business Functions.
