Knowledge Of Programming Languages: A Selenium Tester At Cognizant Should Be Well-Versed In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C# In Order To Write Efficient And Effective Automation Scripts.
Experience With Agile Methodology: Cognizant Follows An Agile Approach To Software Development, So Experience Working In An Agile Environment And Understanding Of Agile Principles Is A Must For A Selenium Tester.
Familiarity With Test Management Tools: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Test Management Tools Such As Jira Or Hp Alm For Test Case Management And Defect Tracking.
