Scrum Master - Commercial Banking

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile teams in the delivery of projects. Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
2. Monitor team progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule with high quality standards.
3. Mentor and coach Agile teams in best practices and provide guidance throughout the development process.
4. Identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to stakeholders on project progress.
5. Resolve conflicts between team members and help to build and maintain trust and collaboration within the team.
6. Develop and implement Agile metrics and track progress of projects.
7. Generate reports and provide presentations to stakeholders on project progress.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovative Agile techniques to ensure best practices are utilized.
9. Manage vendor relationships and ensure that services are provided in a timely and effective fashion.
10. Monitor and maintain Agile tools and other project management systems.
