Lead and manage the SAP ISU FICA team, providing guidance and direction to meet project goals and deadlines.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic solutions using SAP ISU FICA.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure successful integration of SAP ISU FICA with other systems and processes.
Conduct thorough analysis of client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement SAP ISU FICA solutions accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP ISU FICA, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our services.
Train and mentor team members on SAP ISU FICA best practices and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Manage project budgets and timelines, making sure that projects are delivered within scope and on time.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and support the growth of the SAP ISU FICA practice.
Continuously monitor and assess the performance of SAP ISU FICA systems, making necessary adjustments and improvements to optimize business processes.
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP ISU FICA, providing guidance and support to team members and clients as needed.
Adhere to company and industry standards, policies, and procedures in all aspects of the job.
Represent Cognizant at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in SAP ISU FICA and promoting the company's brand.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for the SAP ISU FICA practice.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Sap Isu Fica Module: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Supporting Sap Isu Fica Solutions For Large Organizations. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Module's Functionalities, Including Invoicing, Payments, Collections, And Dunning.
Strong Leadership Skills: As An Associate Director, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Lead A Team Of Architects And Consultants To Deliver Complex Fica Projects. They Should Have Excellent Communication, Team Management, And Problem-Solving Skills To Guide And Mentor Team Members.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery: The Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Sap Isu Fica Projects, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment. They Should Be Able To Manage Project Timelines, Budgets, And Resources Effectively To Ensure On-Time And On-Budget Delivery.
Business Acumen And Client Management Experience: A Sap Isu Fica Architect Is Not Only Expected To Have Technical Expertise But Also A Deep Understanding Of The Energy And Utilities Industry. They Should Be Able To Engage With Clients, Understand Their Business Requirements, And Provide Strategic Solutions That Align With Their Business Goals.
Sap Certifications And Expertise In Related Modules: An Ideal Candidate Should Have Relevant Certifications In Sap Isu And Fica, Along With Expertise In Other Related Modules Such As Crm, Billing, And Device Management. This Will Demonstrate Their In-Depth Knowledge Of The Sap Ecosystem And Their Ability To Design End-To-End Solutions For Clients.
