Provide strategic direction and leadership for the SAP Ariba consulting practice.
Work with top clients to understand their procurement needs and identify opportunities for optimization.
Lead and manage SAP Ariba implementation projects, including customization and integration with existing systems.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential opportunities for additional services.
Manage a team of consultants and provide guidance and support to ensure project success.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP Ariba and procurement to continuously improve our consulting services.
Collaborate with other departments and teams within Cognizant to leverage cross-functional expertise and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for team members and clients to enhance their understanding of SAP Ariba.
Ensure project timelines and budgets are met by closely monitoring progress and proactively addressing any issues.
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and supporting sales pitches and proposals.
Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Ariba and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

In-Depth Knowledge Of Sap Ariba Software: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Sap Ariba Solutions, Including Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, And Supplier Management Modules.
Project Management Experience: A Sap Ariba Consultant - Manager At Cognizant Should Have Experience Managing End-To-End Implementation Projects, From Requirements Gathering To Deployment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Clients And Team Members, So Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are A Must.
Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team: The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading And Guiding A Team Of Consultants, Providing Direction, And Mentoring Junior Team Members.
