Lead the technical implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for clients.
Utilize expertise in Marketing Cloud to deliver innovative solutions that meet clients' business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionalities, and proactively recommend their implementation to clients.
Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide timely updates and resolutions to clients.
Mentor and train team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and implementation techniques.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including solution architecture, design documents, and user guides.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks efficiently, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards for all Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Identify risks and issues and provide timely updates and mitigation strategies to project stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Salesforce Marketing Cloud: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Including Implementing And Managing Complex Campaigns, Creating And Maintaining Automation Workflows, And Utilizing Advanced Features Such As Journey Builder And Audience Builder.
Strong Technical Skills: As A Tech Lead, The Candidate Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Such As Html, Css, Sql, And Ampscript. They Should Also Be Proficient In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues.
Project Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading And Managing Projects Related To Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Including Scoping, Planning, And Executing Projects Within Budget And Timeline Constraints. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams.
Salesforce Certifications: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold Certifications In Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Such As Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Or Marketing Cloud Developer. These Certifications Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of The Platform And Its Capabilities.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Tech Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team And Communicating With Clients. Therefore, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Effectively Managing Projects, Resolving Conflicts, And Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members.
