Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated SailPoint SME to join our team at Cognizant! Our ideal candidate will bring a passion for identity and access management and a strong technical background. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of stakeholders from different departments and locations to ensure successful deployments.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Sailpoint IIQ, including administration and configuration. In addition, you must have experience with authentication protocols, identity federation, web security, and integration with databases and applications.We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, a strong communicator, and a problem solver. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential. Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain SailPoint IIQ configurations to meet the needs of the organization.
Troubleshoot technical problems related to SailPoint IIQ, identify and fix performance issues, and provide ongoing support.
Develop and maintain authentication protocols, identity federation, web security, and integration with databases and applications.
Manage and administer user access, privileges, and roles within SailPoint IIQ.
Provide training and technical guidance to stakeholders on SailPoint IIQ usage and development.
Work closely with the IT security team to ensure the secure operation of the SailPoint IIQ system.
Monitor and test system performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for SailPoint IIQ configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in SailPoint IIQ technology and suggest new solutions for existing and upcoming projects.
Collaborate with other departments and locations to ensure successful deployments.
