- Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure products and services meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications, identifying and reporting any defects or issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and business analysts, to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to effectively and efficiently test software applications.
- Monitor and track defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting.
- Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress, defects, and quality metrics to project stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the quality assurance process and overall product quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Qa/Testing Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Lead Testing Position.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies, Including Agile And Waterfall.
Proven Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Qa/Testers, Including Assigning Tasks, Providing Guidance And Mentoring, And Conducting Performance Evaluations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Qa/Testing Tools And Techniques, As Well As Experience In Developing And Executing Test Plans, Test Cases, And Test Scripts.
