Lead and manage a team of QA testers to ensure timely and accurate completion of testing tasks.
Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide input on testing strategies.
Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of software products to identify and report any defects or issues.
Provide guidance and mentorship to QA team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Monitor and track testing progress, report on testing status, and escalate any critical issues to project stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in software testing methodologies.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of products.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues found during testing.
Act as a point of contact for any testing-related queries or concerns from project stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Testing And Quality Assurance.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With Experience Leading A Team Of Testers.
Extensive Knowledge Of Software Development Lifecycle And Testing Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience Working In An Agile Development Environment And Familiarity With Testing Automation Tools.
