Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
Develop and implement QA strategies, processes and best practices to ensure the quality of software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers and business analysts, to understand project requirements and define test plans.
Conduct thorough testing of software solutions, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
Continuously improve QA processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and train team members on QA methodologies and best practices.
Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders and work towards timely resolutions.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any QA process failures.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in QA techniques to ensure continuous improvement in the QA process.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline testing processes.
Act as a point of contact for any QA-related escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of high-quality work and continuous learning.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Participate in hiring and onboarding processes to build a strong and skilled QA team.
