Manage Tableau projects: The Project Manager - Tableau Architect will be responsible for overseeing all Tableau projects within the company, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate with stakeholders: This role will require working closely with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to understand project requirements and manage expectations.
Design Tableau solutions: The Project Manager - Tableau Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Tableau solutions that meet the business needs of clients.
Lead project teams: This individual will be responsible for leading a team of Tableau developers and analysts, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress: It will be the responsibility of the Project Manager - Tableau Architect to track and report on project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely project delivery.
Conduct trainings: This role will require conducting training sessions for team members and clients on Tableau best practices, new features, and updates.
Stay updated on Tableau trends: The Project Manager - Tableau Architect will be responsible for staying up-to-date on Tableau trends and advancements in order to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Expertise In Tableau: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Tableau Architecture, Features, And Functionalities. They Should Be Able To Design And Develop Complex Dashboards And Visualizations Using Tableau.
Proven Experience In Project Management: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects Related To Tableau Implementation And Integration. They Should Be Able To Effectively Plan, Execute, And Monitor Project Timelines, Budget, And Resources.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: A Project Manager - Tableau Architect At Cognizant Should Possess Strong Communication And Leadership Abilities. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders, Manage A Team Of Developers, And Provide Guidance And Direction To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
Knowledge Of Data Management And Analytics: In Addition To Tableau Expertise, The Ideal Candidate Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Management And Analytics Principles. This Includes Proficiency In Sql, Data Modeling, Etl Processes, And Data Visualization Best Practices.
Experience With Agile Methodologies: Cognizant Follows Agile Methodologies For Project Delivery, And The Project Manager - Tableau Architect Should Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment.
