
Process Specialist - Voice
Cognizant is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused Process Specialist - Voice to join our team and take our customer service to the next level. As a Process Specialist - Voice, you’ll be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. You’ll need excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and help build customer loyalty.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and a working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
