Cognizant is looking for an experienced and motivated Process Specialist - Data to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our data processes and systems to ensure our data is organized, accurate, and up-to-date. This position requires a person with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who is comfortable working with data in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a candidate who has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience working with process optimization, data management, and/or analytics. Experience with data management software, process automation, and analytics tools is a plus. Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize data processes and systems to ensure data accuracy, organization, and up-to-date information.
Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and present data-driven decisions to stakeholders.
Create process automation and analytics tools to facilitate data management.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across different departments to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and review data processes and systems for potential issues and improvement opportunities.
Develop and document process improvement procedures and best practices.
Provide training and technical support to team members and stakeholders as needed.
Research and evaluate new data management software and tools.
