  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Nexthink and AI-driven solutions, staying updated on the latest advancements and trends in the industry.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to clients, providing guidance on how to best utilize Nexthink and AI technology to optimize their IT operations and deliver proactive servicing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that incorporate Nexthink and AI technology to enhance client services.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments of client IT environments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on industry best practices.
  5. Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and capabilities of Nexthink and AI technology.
  6. Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  7. Monitor and analyze data from Nexthink and AI platforms to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, and make proactive recommendations to clients.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to IT operations and ensure that all solutions and recommendations are in line with these requirements.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve upon current processes and methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of proactive servicing and DEX advisory services.
  10. Act as a mentor and leader to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise in Nexthink and AI technology.
