- Continuously evaluate and improve upon current processes and methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of proactive servicing and DEX advisory services.
- Act as a mentor and leader to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise in Nexthink and AI technology.
