Develop and lead the implementation of innovative and cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Serve as the subject matter expert in technology and consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve and enhance our solutions.
Lead the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including solution architecture documents, design documents, and project plans.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects within budget and scope.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and provide solutions to address them.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and develop proposals for potential projects.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to different audiences.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and organization.
Represent Cognizant at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of solutions.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate For The Principal Solution Architect Job At Cognizant Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Enterprise Architecture Solutions For Large Organizations.
Strong Technical Background: The Principal Solution Architect Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Multiple Programming Languages, Cloud Technologies, And Enterprise Architecture Frameworks Such As Togaf Or Zachman.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Principal Solution Architect At Cognizant, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Teams Of Architects And Technical Professionals To Deliver Successful Projects.
