Job Description

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and motivated Performance Tester with SAP expertise to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about performance testing and eager to explore and use the latest SAP technologies to ensure that our applications and processes run smoothly and efficiently.The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in performance testing, including SAP. This individual should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence and accuracy. The Performance Tester will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, along with at least three years of experience in performance testing, specifically using SAP. You should also have experience in SQL, Java, and scripting. Responsibilities:

Perform performance testing on SAP applications and processes to ensure their smooth and efficient functioning.
Develop and execute test plans and scripts for performance testing.
Analyze test results to identify and address issues related to performance.
Troubleshoot and debug performance issues in SAP applications.
Develop and maintain automated performance testing tools and techniques.
Monitor and report on performance testing metrics.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful execution of performance testing activities.
Prepare detailed reports on performance test results.
Keep up to date with emerging technologies and trends in performance testing.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of performance testing resources.
