Design and develop complex solutions using the PeopleSoft platform for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
Utilize your strong understanding of PeopleSoft applications to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PeopleSoft technology to continuously improve and enhance our solutions.
Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure they are completed within the given timeline and budget.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the developed solutions.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to foster their growth and development.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery and timely completion of tasks.
Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to PeopleSoft development to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay organized and maintain accurate documentation of all development processes and code changes.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in every aspect of the job.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Peoplesoft Development And Implementation.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In Peoplesoft Tools Such As Peoplecode, Application Engine, Sqr, And Component Interface.
Proficient In Sql And Pl/Sql And Experience With Oracle Databases.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
