Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications according to project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot software issues.
Design and implement efficient and scalable solutions for new and existing PeopleSoft applications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation for all PeopleSoft systems and processes.
Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft technologies and trends to continuously improve processes and systems.
Work closely with business analysts and end-users to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Test and debug software to ensure high-quality and error-free deliverables.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the PeopleSoft environment.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies and procedures.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting.
Work with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Proactively identify and communicate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and make necessary changes to improve the user experience.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Working With Peoplesoft Applications, Including Development, Maintenance, And Support.
Proficiency In Peopletools, Peoplecode, Application Engine, Sqr, And Other Peoplesoft Technologies.
Strong Understanding Of Peoplesoft Architecture, Including Database Structure, Security, And Integration With Other Systems.
