As an OTM Principal Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and technical leadership for our OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) projects. Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for all OTM projects within the company.
Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and develop solutions that meet their business needs.
Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of OTM, including its functionalities, capabilities, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement OTM solutions that integrate with other systems.
Analyze current OTM processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in OTM technology to continuously enhance our offerings.
Communicate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide guidance on how OTM can support their transportation processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members and clients on OTM best practices and new features.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues that may arise during OTM implementations.
Develop and maintain documentation for OTM processes and configurations.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify potential clients and opportunities for new OTM projects.
Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of OTM.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout all OTM projects.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the OTM practice within the company.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Oracle Transportation Management (Otm): The Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Designing And Implementing Otm Solutions For Various Clients. They Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Otm Functionalities, Configurations, Integrations, And Best Practices.
Strong Technical And Functional Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of The Technical And Functional Aspects Of Otm, Including Its Architecture, Data Model, Business Processes, And Modules. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Related Technologies Such As Xml, Sql, And Web Services.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementations: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Successful Otm Implementations For Large And Complex Projects. They Should Be Able To Showcase Their Experience In Leading And Managing End-To-End Otm Implementations, From Requirements Gathering To Post-Go-Live Support.
Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: As A Remote Otm Principal Architect, Effective Communication And Client Management Skills Are Crucial. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, Build Strong Relationships With Clients, And Drive Project Progress And Deliverables.
Team Leadership And Mentoring Abilities: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Otm Consultants And Developers. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Be Able To Motivate And Guide Team Members, And Ensure High-Quality Deliverables Within Tight Deadlines.
