Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to enhance OT cybersecurity capabilities within the organization.
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to internal teams and clients on OT cybersecurity best practices, standards, and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective risk management strategies for OT systems.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in OT cybersecurity and proactively identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.
Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of OT systems to identify any security gaps and recommend appropriate mitigating measures.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders on all matters related to OT cybersecurity, including addressing any concerns or issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and vendors to stay informed about new technologies and solutions.
Work closely with the sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of OT cybersecurity.
Train and mentor junior team members on OT cybersecurity best practices and provide guidance for their professional development.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to OT cybersecurity.
Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and other industry events to promote our expertise in OT cybersecurity.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of OT cybersecurity initiatives and projects, including any potential risks or issues.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OT cybersecurity programs and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Industry-Specific Standards And Regulations.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Cybersecurity Professionals, Provide Direction And Guidance, And Make Critical Decisions Under Pressure.
Experience In Risk Management: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing Risk Management Strategies For Ot Systems. This Includes Identifying Potential Cyber Threats, Assessing Their Potential Impact, And Developing Mitigation Plans.
